Banquet Supervisor (Female Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Four Seasons hotel in Kuwait City is seeking a dedicated Banquet Supervisor to lead its banquet operations. This position requires a female professional fluent in Arabic and English who can ensure flawless service for both VIP and cost‑sensitive events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage team schedules while staying within budgeted labor costs.
• Supervise banquet set‑ups and service delivery, guaranteeing top‑tier guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of banquet spaces and equipment.
• Oversee VIP and cost‑sensitive functions, ensuring exceptional execution.
• Coordinate with Catering, Stewarding, Culinary, Housekeeping, and external vendors such as AV, florists, and shisha services.
• Conduct shift briefings and monthly meetings for clear communication and team alignment.
• Support food & beverage service and maintain operational readiness.
• Proactively communicate with guests during live events to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle banquet billing, documentation, and administrative follow‑up.
• Champion safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures across all banquet operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of banquet or food & beverage supervisory experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Female candidate as specified by the employer.
