BMS Operator – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a qualified BMS Operator to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait on an urgent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the building management system, ensuring optimal performance of building services.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the building management system (BMS) on a daily basis.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of HVAC and related equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma, preferably in Computer Hardware & Networking.
• Minimum two years of experience operating and maintaining BMS.
• Good command of English.
• Attested certificates from the Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• General knowledge of air‑conditioning systems.
• Experience with KOC or similar company approvals is an advantage.
