BMS Technician – Hotel Engineering

About the role

The BMS Technician will join the Engineering Team at Hilton Kuwait Resort to ensure that all building management and maintenance systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hotel standards. This role supports daily operations, energy‑conservation initiatives, and the continuous development of the engineering staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and resolve issues efficiently.
• Execute the preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring all areas meet required standards.
• Assist in implementing energy‑conservation programs and recommend system improvements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Keep technical training and knowledge up to date.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to work independently within established timeframes.
• Experience in a large hotel, hospital, ship, or similar complex maintenance environment.

Required skills

• Building Management System (BMS) knowledge.
