Business Development Executive – Oil & Gas (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth within Kuwait's Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with rig and drilling companies, and supporting the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas market.
• Build and maintain relationships with oil rig operators, drilling contractors, EPC firms, and other industry players.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct regular visits to client sites and industrial areas across Kuwait.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, especially oil rig and drilling services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and independent working abilities.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
