Business Director (Kuwait)

About the role

We are a leading digital‑first, data‑driven marketing and technology company seeking a commercially driven Business Director to lead strategic client relationships in Kuwait. The role focuses on technology‑enabled marketing solutions and end‑to‑end digital delivery for ambitious brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary executive contact for senior clients across Kuwait and the GCC, building C‑suite relationships.
• Lead business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive presentations.
• Own revenue targets, drive retention, growth and profitability, and manage commercial negotiations.
• Lead client engagements for website development, mobile applications and digital platforms, bridging clients with UX/UI, development and product teams.
• Oversee delivery of tech‑enabled marketing solutions such as CRM, martech platforms and digital ecosystems.
• Provide strategic advisory on digital marketing, emerging technologies and data‑driven outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor junior members and contribute to company culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product delivery, marketing technology or consulting.
• Proven senior client‑facing experience (Business Director, Client Director, Account Director or similar).
• Strong track record of managing and growing large client accounts.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing website development, mobile application development and digital platform delivery.
• Deep understanding of martech ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms.
• Experience coordinating UX/UI design, development and product teams.
