About the role

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to join our café team in Kuwait. Immediate openings are available for a Pastry Chef, a Barista, and a Sales Staff member who can communicate fluently in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality pastries and baked goods.
• Operate coffee machines, craft specialty beverages, and ensure consistent product quality.
• Engage customers, handle sales transactions, and promote menu items in Arabic.
• Maintain strict personal hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the café.
• Organize workstations and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent conversational and professional Arabic.
• Valid, transferable Kuwait residency (Iqama).
• High standard of personal hygiene.
• Disciplined, well‑organized work approach.
• Preference will be given to candidates of Asian nationality.
