CNC Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Kuwait. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art CNC lathes and milling machines, using ArtCAM software to produce high‑quality furniture components.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate CNC machines, ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce parts that meet strict quality standards.
• Monitor production cycles, make adjustments, and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running safely.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Document production data, track machine performance and mentor junior operators.

Required profile

• Proficient in operating CNC machines and reading technical drawings.
• Experienced with ArtCAM software for programming and toolpath creation.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tool selection and material handling.
• Able to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
• Familiar with quality‑control procedures and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
