Commission based Sales Executive

About the role

We are expanding our sales team for a printing press and need six motivated individuals to work on a commission‑based model. The position is fully remote, allowing you to operate from home with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to prospective clients using provided weekly leads.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Track sales performance and report results regularly.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or tele‑marketing.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication skills (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with a commission‑only compensation structure.
