Commission based Sales Executive

About the role
We are expanding our sales team for a printing press and need six motivated individuals to work on a commission‑based model. The position is fully remote, allowing you to operate from home with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective clients using provided weekly leads.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Track sales performance and report results regularly.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales or tele‑marketing.
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication skills (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with a commission‑only compensation structure.
