Custodian Technical Monitor

About the role

The Custodian Technical Monitor is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and industry guidelines. Working on‑site in Kuwait, the role supports the WEXMAC program by overseeing custodial staff, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas in accordance with V2X WEXMAC PWS, technical exhibits, and internal work instructions.
• Capture and process maintenance work orders for carpet cleaning, preventative inspections, and urgent customer requests using Microsoft Office.
• Perform inventory control, transport supplies to work sites, and monitor equipment usage and condition.
• Inspect equipment for serviceability, report deficiencies, and maintain adequate supplies in utility closets and custodial carts.
• Develop reports on custodial workloads, service requirements, and maintain records of activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in custodial services, preferably with carpet shampooers and extractors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a local license.
• Familiarity with safety training for handling linen, blood‑borne pathogens, and bed bugs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Operation of carpet cleaning equipment such as shampooers and extractors.
• Ability to conduct inventory control and maintain equipment records.
