Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Bayer is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to act as a trusted partner for healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will drive scientific dialogue, co‑create educational content, and support Bayer’s promotional objectives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update a comprehensive list of HCP speakers and non‑speakers based on market dynamics.
• Lead regular one‑to‑one discussions with assigned HCPs to identify scientific areas of interest.
• Serve as the primary (non‑exclusive) point of contact between HCPs and Bayer, sharing community needs internally.
• Co‑create content with HCP speakers that aligns with both scientific interests and Bayer’s promotional goals.
• Contract HCP speakers for a yearly educational calendar and integrate talks into various formats (lectures, peer‑to‑peer sessions, debates, symposia, Bayer events).
• Report all one‑to‑one interactions in VEEVA and translate insights into future brand messaging and content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and back‑office teams to plan and align meeting calendars and invitations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with HCPs.
