About the role

Bricks Company is seeking a talented Designer to create designs for various clients, handling digital media curation and social media branding under the Art Director’s supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and create designs for various clients, including digital media curation and social media branding.
• Participate in the creative direction and execution of multimedia projects.
• Curate and finalize design ideas, concepts, and materials in print and other mediums.
• Collaborate with the Creative department for brainstorming and recommendations on concepts, design, and art direction.
• Research and develop mood boards, color palettes, and typography for brand identity and social media projects.
• Ensure workflow distribution among graphic designers and align project execution with client timelines.
• Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites using Adobe software.
• Communicate with clients to ensure accuracy of requests and develop artworks for social media pages.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional design experience.
• Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines.
• Basic project management skills, including defining scope, budget, and schedules.
• Strong design portfolio and references.
