About the role

As an Early Careers Operations Maintenance Engineer you will join the maintenance team to keep critical equipment running smoothly. You will receive structured training and support to become a proficient problem‑solver using the latest technologies and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture improvement opportunities in equipment maintainability and reliability.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance concepts to optimise work and maintenance processes.
• Support planning for equipment and maintenance resources.
• Champion data quality and service excellence within the maintenance organisation.
• Contribute to asset management and maintenance systems data.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or relevant experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Hands‑on aptitude combined with strong analytical abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
