EMT Paramedic – Advanced Life Support in Kuwait

About the role

The EMT Paramedic provides Advance Life Support (ALS) emergency medical response, assessment, stabilization, treatment, and transport for personnel at Camp Buehring, K‑Crossing and the Udari Range Complex in Kuwait. This 24/7 position supports a remote and austere operational environment, ensuring medical readiness for U.S. military, contractors, civilians and authorized staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ALS emergency medical response, patient assessment, stabilization, treatment and transport across the assigned area.
• Operate ambulances and emergency medical equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide trauma care, airway management, cardiac care, medication administration and emergency stabilization within authorized scope.
• Coordinate patient transfers and support MEDEVAC operations as required.
• Maintain after‑hours emergency response readiness and support clinic operations and standby requirements.
• Document patient care activities, treatments, assessments and operational reports in compliance with EMS standards.
• Maintain medical equipment, supplies, medications and vehicle readiness.
• Participate in mass‑casualty response planning, emergency preparedness exercises and contingency medical operations.

Required profile

• Qualified EMT Paramedic capable of providing Advanced Life Support.
• Ability to operate emergency medical vehicles and equipment safely.
• Readiness to work in a remote, austere environment with 24/7 on‑call duties.
• Compliance with DoD, U.S. Army, EMS and V2X operational requirements.
