Enterprise Products & Services Analyst (B2B)

About the role

The Enterprise Products and Services Analyst supports the Department Manager in driving product innovation for B2B offerings within Zain's Enterprise unit. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape product positioning, pricing, and packaging while ensuring successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze target segments and assist the team leader with product positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Coordinate with technical, BI, legal, sales and other stakeholders to ensure timely product launches.
• Conduct post‑launch profitability analysis, identify threats and opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Benchmark international B2B markets, derive learnings and support initiative generation.
• Monitor industry megatrends and competitor actions, proposing reactive plans.
• Support development of product architecture, concept papers, and pipeline activities (marcom, training, etc.).
• Prepare technical feasibility assessments and high‑level requirements in collaboration with technical, sales and legal teams.
• Record and report revenue streams against budgets using established KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and report any security incidents.
• Adhere to environmental and occupational health & safety regulations in Kuwait.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build enduring professional relationships.
• Strong motivation and influence skills to align stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business theory, customer value proposition, product lifecycle, pricing and channel management.
• Adaptability to new digital technologies and trends.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
