About the role

We are looking for an energetic and confident female telemarketing executive to work remotely from Kuwait. The role involves contacting prospective students, answering inquiries, and guiding them to enroll in professional courses offered by Infinity Training Center.

Key responsibilities

• Call prospective students and explain training programs.
• Follow up on inquiries received via social media and marketing campaigns.
• Build rapport and maintain regular communication with leads.
• Convert inquiries into course enrollments.
• Update lead information and keep accurate follow‑up records.

Required profile

• Female candidate.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a large number of phone calls daily.
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection for a work‑from‑home setup.
