Food and Beverage Director

About the role

The Food and Beverage Director leads all F&B outlets to ensure an outstanding guest and member experience while managing budgets, staff development, and brand standards across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and brand compliance.
• Recruit, train, manage and develop the F&B team.
• Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
• Control food, liquor costs and payroll within budgeted guidelines.
• Set departmental targets, schedules, budgets, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on menu development with the culinary team.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory.
• Motivate team members to maximize sales and revenue.
• Perform annual and mid‑year appraisals for managers.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead communication meetings and produce minutes.
• Support other departments and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
