About the role
The Food and Beverage Director leads all F&B outlets to ensure an outstanding guest and member experience while managing budgets, staff development, and brand standards across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and brand compliance.
- Recruit, train, manage and develop the F&B team.
- Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
- Control food, liquor costs and payroll within budgeted guidelines.
- Set departmental targets, schedules, budgets, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate on menu development with the culinary team.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory.
- Motivate team members to maximize sales and revenue.
- Perform annual and mid‑year appraisals for managers.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead communication meetings and produce minutes.
- Support other departments and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Required profile
- Proven management or supervisory experience in food and beverage.
- Ability to meet financial targets and adhere to brand standards.
- Strong performance under pressure.
