Full, Associate or Assistant Professor of Marketing

About the role

The School of Business at the American International University seeks a full‑time faculty member to join its Marketing department. The appointment can be at the rank of Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Marketing courses and supervise senior projects.
• Develop innovative, technology‑enhanced curricula using AI tools and interactive learning platforms.
• Update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and student support.
• Participate in program assessment, accreditation, and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience with a record of excellence.
• Strong research record or professional industry expertise in Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural academic environment.

Required skills
