Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

Meriland International is building its marketing function from the ground up and needs a senior specialist to lead B2B industrial marketing for its food‑service equipment business in Kuwait. You will create awareness among restaurant owners, hotel procurement managers and other key decision‑makers before the sales team engages them.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch the company’s digital presence, including website, product catalogue, content and paid ads.
• Plan, brief and manage external photographers and video producers for shoots of installed kitchens, the factory and equipment.
• Run Google Search and Instagram advertising campaigns on a lean budget, track cost‑per‑lead and report performance.
• Generate at least 30 qualified leads per month with full project details for the sales team.
• Coordinate the company’s participation in trade exhibitions across Kuwait and the Gulf region.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in equipment, F&B supply, construction materials or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to brief, manage and hold external creative suppliers to deadlines and budgets.
• Comfortable working on a factory floor and in hotel procurement meetings.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Content creation and management for digital channels.
• Project management of photo/video productions and trade‑show logistics.
