Graduate HSE Engineer & Business Development Executive (Kuwait)

About the role

British Wings General Trading Company is seeking two fresh‑graduate professionals to join its team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. One position focuses on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) engineering, while the other is dedicated to business development and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of HSE training and awareness programmes.
• Assist with safety inspections, audits, compliance activities and prepare related reports.
• Develop risk assessments, procedures and safety documentation.
• Participate in client site visits and industrial safety assessments.
• Identify potential clients, promote company services and generate new business leads.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare quotations, proposals and marketing documents.
• Conduct market research and support business expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or related) for HSE role, or Business Administration/Marketing/Sales for Business Development role.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, writing, presentation).
• Professional attitude with willingness to learn.
• Transferable residency (Article 18) preferred; Kuwait driving licence preferred for Business Development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 occupational health & safety standards.
• Risk assessment and incident investigation techniques.
• Familiarity with HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA.
• Presentation and training delivery capability.
• Market research and client relationship management.
• Sales and marketing fundamentals.
