About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hairdresser Trainer to join our leading beauty team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality training on hairstyling techniques, hair care practices, and product knowledge to salon professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver training sessions for hairstylists and salon staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops using L'Oréal and Wella product lines.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and update training materials and curricula.
• Collaborate with brand partners to ensure alignment with latest product innovations.

Required profile

• Proven experience with L'Oréal or Wella training programs.
• Strong expertise in hairstyling, hair care, and salon training.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Available to work locally or based in Lebanon/Kuwait.
