Health Club Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Health Club Receptionist to manage the front‑desk operations of our club facilities. The role involves greeting guests, handling phone calls, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting members with their needs while ensuring safety and privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain health club facilities to the required standards of order and cleanliness.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously, recording all entries on traffic sheets.
• Greet guests by name, escort them to lounge chairs, and provide towels and amenities.
• Handle guest requests, report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor, and ensure privacy principles are upheld.
• Apply correct charges for pool, spa, and gym usage and post them to the room bill according to procedure.
• Report repairs and maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, activities, equipment, and services to guests.
• Enforce health and safety, fire, bomb‑scare, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure proper hygiene and personal appearance standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness of exercise rooms, garden areas, and tennis courts.
• Manage the library of books and magazines in multiple languages.
• Participate in scheduled training, employee activities, and environmental protection initiatives.
