HR Coordinator – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support our human‑resources operations in Al Rai, Kuwait. The successful candidate will join immediately and will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks that ensure smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Prepare and manage employee documentation, contracts and files.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Support HR administration tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management and benefits administration.
• Liaise with internal departments to address employee queries and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Previous work experience in Kuwait.
• Holder of a transferable Article 18 visa and currently residing in Kuwait.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
