HR Specialist I – ESG Focus

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Specialist I with a focus on ESG initiatives to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role supports the efficient operation of HR processes and contributes to continuous improvement across multiple HR disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the effective operation and enhancement of one or more HR processes under general supervision.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tools, resources, and execute basic HR programs and projects.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, or HR Operations.
• Assist with HR data reporting and analysis to generate recommendations that improve service delivery.
• Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on best practices where appropriate.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree and professional HR certification are preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations; HR Generalist experience is a plus.
• Recent HR graduates are encouraged to apply.
