About the role
The Indoor Chocolate & Tea Sales position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. You will welcome customers, showcase the chocolate and tea range, and provide detailed product information to help them make informed purchases.
Key responsibilities
- Greet walk‑in customers, recommend products based on preferences, and process sales transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support in‑store tastings and promotional activities.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product origins, flavors, and preparation methods.
- Customer‑service oriented, able to create a welcoming environment and resolve queries politely.
Required skills
- Point‑of‑sale (POS) operation for accurate billing and inventory checks.
- Basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
