Internship – Education & Tech Instructors

About the role

CODED Academy is offering a paid internship for fresh graduates and university students who want to gain real classroom experience in technology education. Interns will learn how a top‑tier academy operates while teaching high‑school or university students in their chosen tech track.

Key responsibilities

• Teach fundamentals of coding, AI, or cybersecurity to high‑school or university students based on your specialization.
• Support lead instructors during sessions and workshops, preparing and delivering engaging explanations and activities.
• Assist with class management, student interaction, and the use of CODED’s teaching standards, tools, and methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong presence and confidence in class, fluent in English and Arabic with a Kuwaiti accent.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset, flexible schedule (teaching mainly 4 PM–9 PM, occasional weekends).
• Excellent communication skills and high energy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
• Experience using Notion and Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of specific tracks: Web Development, Python programming, Cybersecurity, AI automation tools (n8n), AI in marketing (Runway, Hugging Face).
