Program Coordinator

About the role

CODED, the first tech and AI academy in the Arab world, is looking for a Program Coordinator to ensure its educational programmes run smoothly. You will be on‑site during sessions, managing logistics, communication and continuous improvement for each cohort.

Key responsibilities

• Attend offline sessions and manage real‑time programme flow, including schedules, rooms and materials.
• Lead mentors, organisers and volunteers to deliver a seamless participant experience.
• Resolve operational issues quickly, such as missing instructors or equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress records and certificates for each cohort.
• Gather and act on participant feedback throughout the programme.
• Coordinate with education, marketing, admissions and operations teams to improve future cohorts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a tech, business, education or communications field.
• At least 2 years of experience in programme coordination, event organisation, operations or project management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong interpersonal and de‑escalation skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule to cover evenings and occasional weekends.
