Inventory Handler

About the role

The Inventory Handler ensures accurate tracking of assets and materials, supports order fulfillment, and forecasts future inventory needs. You will work closely with supervisors to maintain high‑quality inventory records and support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and alert supervisors when stock reaches reorder points.
• Compile receipt and disbursement data, maintain computer inventory balances, and monitor costs.
• Stock, issue, and track materials and merchandise across shipping, receiving, work orders, and sales orders.
• Decompose, reclassify, and manage parent/child asset relationships accurately and promptly.
• Maintain, track, and forecast inventory levels; run daily cycle‑count reports and explain variances.
• Follow Weatherford Quality Policy, safety rules, and company procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of material handling experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Fluent written and verbal English with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of JD Edwards or Power BI (preferred).
• Basic forklift operation skills.
