IT Fresh Graduate – Entry-Level .NET Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our IT team in Kuwait as an entry‑level .NET developer. This role offers the chance to apply academic knowledge to real‑world projects while receiving mentorship from experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C# applications using the .NET framework.
• Assist in building and enhancing services on .NET Core or newer versions such as .NET 8.
• Write, test, and optimise SQL queries against relational databases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver functional software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Recent graduate or graduating within the next six months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented mindset with a curiosity for how systems work.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of C#.
• Familiarity with the .NET framework (experience with .NET Core or .NET 8+ is a plus).
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
