IT System Support Senior Engineer

About the role

stc Kuwait is looking for a Senior Engineer to support and maintain its IT systems. You will analyse system transactions, ensure data integrity and recommend improvements that enhance overall effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain IT system transactions to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure the system is consistent, user‑friendly and accessible across all staff and manager channels.
• Identify service‑improvement opportunities and training needs for staff.
• Manage customer interactions, including enquiries, complaints and order processing.
• Collect, analyse and interpret customer data and complaint trends to propose system enhancements.
• Maintain system availability and integrity at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT system support or a similar role.
• Based at the Kuwait head office.
