About the role

stc Kuwait is looking for a Senior Engineer to support and maintain its IT systems. You will analyse system transactions, ensure data integrity and recommend improvements that enhance overall effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

Review and maintain IT system transactions to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
Ensure the system is consistent, user‑friendly and accessible across all staff and manager channels.
Identify service‑improvement opportunities and training needs for staff.
Manage customer interactions, including enquiries, complaints and order processing.
Collect, analyse and interpret customer data and complaint trends to propose system enhancements.
Maintain system availability and integrity at all times.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT system support or a similar role.
Based at the Kuwait head office.
