Junior Motion Designer – Kuwait (Kuwaiti Nationals Only)

About the role

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is looking for a Junior Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to support the Kuwait marketing team. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and highly collaborative, creating visual assets for campaigns, social, CRM and owned‑channel activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, CRM, digital placements and other touchpoints.
• Interpret creative briefs and develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives.
• Adapt campaign assets across different formats, channels and audience needs.
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency with Deliveroo’s visual identity.
• Organise design files, templates and assets efficiently.

Required profile

• Thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with high‑volume workload.
• Support the Kuwait marketing team with on‑brand, visually engaging design and motion graphics.
• Raise the standard of visual storytelling across marketing channels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design, motion and digital content trends relevant to Kuwait.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Deliveroo’s brand guidelines.

Required skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate, agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion and static graphics.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Figma and ability to adapt designs across digital formats.
