Freelance Designer – Remote (Lebanon Based)

About the role

We’re looking for a freelance designer to support Nowair’s marketing and brand team with visual storytelling, motion content, and design consistency across social media, campaigns and brand materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, creating fresh, youth‑authentic visuals.
• Create short videos and motion graphics such as stories, reels and paid ads, and adapt visuals into Arabic and English.
• Maintain and evolve Nowair’s visual identity, develop templates and guidelines, and support presentations, pitch decks and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and the digital agency Yoko to align design direction with growth experiments and support rapid creative iterations for GTM tests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or brand design.
• Portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Organized, reliable and able to deliver quickly in a fast‑testing environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
• Basic motion/video editing using After Effects, Premiere or similar.
