Lawyer – Full-time, On-site in Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Lawyer to join our Kuwait City office. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review contracts, and represent clients before courts and governmental authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant Kuwaiti laws and regulations.
• Prepare case files, legal opinions, and other documentation.
• Represent clients before courts and governmental authorities as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university.
• Admission to practice law in Kuwait or eligibility for local bar requirements.
• Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws.
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and client representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
