Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of contracts for GOFSCO’s upstream oil and gas projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City requires close collaboration with procurement, finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Support contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers and obtain timely approvals.
• Monitor contract performance, manage amendments, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve contract‑related issues and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in contract administration within the oil and gas or energy sector, preferably in upstream projects.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret contract terms, assess risks, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kuwait City and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
