About the role
Join Boutiqaat as a Legal Associate and support day‑to‑day legal activities, gaining practical experience across contract management, legal research, regulatory matters and stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities
- Review Arabic and English contracts, identify unusual clauses and provide comments.
- Maintain contract information in the automated management system and monitor expiry/renewal dates.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents and memos, and summarize findings.
- Log and track incoming legal requests, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support internal stakeholders with licensing, renewals and official documentation.
- Handle confidential legal information with discretion and maintain accurate legal records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
