Marketing Manager – PR & Digital Marketing

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead public relations, marketing and digital initiatives for a leading Kuwaiti manufacturing firm. The role focuses on building relationships with government bodies and key stakeholders while enhancing brand visibility and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR, marketing and digital strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries, public‑sector organisations and industry stakeholders through regular visits and meetings.
• Represent the company at government meetings, industry events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Lead digital marketing activities, including social media management, website content, digital campaigns and online brand communications.
• Produce marketing collateral such as company profiles, presentations, brochures and other corporate communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience dealing with government entities and public‑sector organisations in Kuwait.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, outgoing and comfortable conducting frequent external meetings and visits.
