Master Scheduler – Repair & Maintenance

About the role

The Master Scheduler at Weatherford is responsible for translating demand into a realistic mid‑term execution plan for repair and maintenance operations. You will create and maintain a 30/60/90‑day Master Production Schedule that balances workforce, equipment and material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update a 30/60/90‑day Master Production Schedule based on distribution requirements planning (DRP) demand.
• Balance forecasted demand with capacity constraints, including labor, equipment and material.
• Document planning assumptions, capacity limits and loading logic.
• Perform scenario planning for workforce shifts, equipment allocation and supplier capabilities.
• Collaborate with demand planners, material planners and workshop managers to ensure alignment.
• Monitor fill rates, capacity utilization and material readiness to guarantee execution feasibility.
• Provide schedule inputs for S&OP and DRP cycles and escalate risks with recommendations for resource reallocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in production or service planning/scheduling.
• Experience working in DRP and S&OP environments.
• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.

Required skills

• Strong capacity and scenario planning capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as JDE, SAP or Oracle.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication.
