About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The position works day shifts (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.) and provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population.

Key responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services to inpatients, tailoring interventions to diverse ages and conditions.
Maintain professional and departmental growth by participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Document patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
Current Arkansas State Board of Occupational Therapy license or temporary graduate license.
Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
Maintain all Level I career‑ladder requirements.
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
