About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The position works day shifts (7:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.) and provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to inpatients, tailoring interventions to diverse ages and conditions.
- Maintain professional and departmental growth by participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
Required profile
- BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Arkansas State Board of Occupational Therapy license or temporary graduate license.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- Maintain all Level I career‑ladder requirements.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
