About the role
We are seeking a full‑time female Office Administrator to support contracts, tendering and pre‑qualification activities for a reputable company in Kuwait. The role is based in Mangaf and involves close interaction with internal departments, clients and consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare contractor and vendor pre‑qualification documents.
- Collect, organize and maintain legal and technical company documents.
- Update company profiles, experience records and project data.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain required certifications and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with client pre‑qualification standards.
- Maintain a database of completed and ongoing projects.
- Track pre‑qualification submission deadlines and approvals.
- Respond to client queries related to pre‑qualification submissions.
- Manage registration processes with clients and consultants.
- Keep records of approved and pending pre‑qualification status.
Required profile
- Female candidate, full‑time availability.
- Based in or willing to work in Mangaf, Kuwait.
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in contracts or tendering.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
