Operations Manager – Food & Beverage & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead both Food & Beverage Management (FBM) and Delivery Operations. The role involves overseeing restaurant activities, coordinating delivery services, and ensuring overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of restaurants, kitchens, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate activities between FBM and delivery functions to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
• Lead restaurant managers, supervisors, dispatchers, and delivery riders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards.
• Oversee fleet utilization, rider performance, and delivery quality.
• Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Control budgets, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage and Delivery Operations Management.
• Strong background in restaurant operations and last‑mile delivery services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
