Operations Support Executive – Retail (Kuwait)

About the role

Join the first On store in Kuwait as an Operations Support Executive. You will be a key member of the retail team, ensuring smooth back‑of‑house processes, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Support inbound deliveries, back‑of‑house organization, and replenishment following standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock transfers, Return To Vendors (RTVs), and cycle counts.
• Handle daily operational administration such as invoices, delivery notes, and reconciliations.
• Provide first‑level support for POS and store systems (Cegid, SAP Retail, Salesforce) and cash handling.
• Assist on the sales floor when needed to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Align digital and physical stock records across ERP/POS systems and monitor RFID‑tagged items to reduce shrinkage.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of retail technology, including RFID readers.
• Train team members on back‑of‑house systems and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of retail operations or stock management experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong communication, initiative, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑improvement attitude.
