Parts Picker

About the role

The Parts Picker is responsible for fulfilling customer requests and handing over spare parts to the delivery platform while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The role ensures completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pull spare parts from bins/racks for customers.
• Collect, count, and allocate spare parts to designated bins/racks.
• Return spare parts to proper locations after pulling them for sales orders.
• Create and apply labels for each item.
• Notify supervisor of any discrepancies when pulling orders.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and part.
• Repack and weigh orders when necessary.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Perform operations safely, avoiding product damage.

Required profile

• Basic computer skills.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Hard‑working and team‑player attitude.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
