Patient Access Ambassador

About the role

The Patient Access Ambassador is the first point of contact for patients visiting Taiba Hospital. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience by handling registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify patient civil ID, insurance details, and medical information; enter data accurately into the system.
• Confirm insurance coverage, check expiry dates, and obtain pre‑authorizations when required.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments; keep daily schedules up to date.
• Greet patients, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage contact‑center calls and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
• Maintain records, support billing/financial closing, and uphold reception‑area standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protect patient data privacy.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field (university degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in patient services, hospitality, aviation, or telecom front‑line roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• High emotional intelligence, professional grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
