Fitness Instructor – Women’s Gym (Kuwait) – $2,800‑$3,200/month

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Fitness Instructor to join a leading women‑only gym in Kuwait. The position is full‑time, on‑site and involves delivering group fitness classes to female members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily fitness classes for groups of 1‑14 or 15+ participants.
• Ensure safe and effective workout sessions following certified training methods.
• Track class attendance and performance, providing feedback to members.
• Complete the internal certification process within one month.

Required profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic about health and fitness.
• Certified fitness trainer (or willing to obtain certification).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate participants.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to 450 KWD, increasing to 650 KWD after certification plus commission.
• Total monthly earnings between 850 KWD and 1,100 KWD (≈ $2,800‑$3,300).
• Commission per class: 2 KWD for 1‑14 trainees, 5 KWD for 15+ trainees.
• 8‑hour workday, 6 days a week.
• Accommodation provided for the first month.
• Joining ticket, health insurance, 30 days paid annual leave.
• 1‑year contract with automatic renewal and a 3‑month probation period.
