About the role

The Rehabilitation Therapy Agency is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support a complex patient population. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide hands‑on care during day shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and assist with therapy sessions according to established protocols.
• Demonstrate independence and accountability while completing all facility competencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work day shift (7:15 am – 4:15 pm) and commit to professional growth.
