Principal Project Manager – Industry Solutions

About the role

As a Principal Project Manager in Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, you will guide customers across the Middle East—particularly in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia—to adopt AI and Microsoft cloud technologies. You will partner with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate strategic ambitions into practical, measurable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end solution delivery for strategic customers, ensuring secure, high‑quality execution from design through adoption.
• Drive project initiation and planning for large, complex engagements, building detailed work breakdown structures and aligning resources across workstreams.
• Lead contracting activities for customer and partner resources, overseeing selection, delivery acceptance, and invoicing in line with compliance standards.
• Orchestrate and monitor performance, quality, risk, and financial metrics, proactively managing issues and driving recovery.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, leading governance forums and communicating project health and value realization.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex technology projects, including cloud migration and AI transformation initiatives.
• Proven financial accountability for project budgets, forecasting, and overall performance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Director‑level and senior leadership.
• Fluency in written and oral Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
