Product Specialist – Neuromuscular

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Product Specialist to join our commercial team and support the Neuromuscular portfolio. In this position you will promote our products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive business growth within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and territory targets through effective promotion of assigned Neuromuscular products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, purchasers and other key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute regular field visits to ensure optimal customer coverage and territory management.
• Deliver scientific and product‑related messages using a patient‑centric approach aligned with approved marketing strategies.
• Increase disease awareness and product knowledge through impactful scientific discussions.
• Identify, develop and manage key accounts to support product access and formulary inclusion.
• Analyze market opportunities, competitive activities and customer needs to create effective territory and account plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Sales Management to achieve business objectives.
• Support tender preparation, manage product samples and promotional materials in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and activity records within CRM systems and report market intelligence, competitor activities and safety information.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory and meet sales targets.
• Understanding of compliance, pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for customer data management.
