Relationship Officer – Client Support & Sales

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join its sales team. In this client‑focused position you will support customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing service, ensuring a seamless experience in the fast‑moving online trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify KYC documentation, follow up on missing items, and coordinate with back‑office and compliance teams.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and handle objections.
• Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive presentations.
• Support client onboarding, conduct confirmation calls, and follow up with unfunded accounts.
• Educate clients on CFI’s products, services, and special offers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations and report trends in inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and critical thinking.
• Professional, empathetic demeanor when handling complaints.
